What Incico does
Four things, done properly.
Sharing Circles
Control what information you share with family, friends, and colleagues.
Privacy First
Your data stays yours. Share only what you want.
Instant Sync
Changes sync across all your devices easily and reliably.
How it works
Three steps, and then it looks after itself.
1Connect & Choose
Connect with your contacts and select which sharing circle they belong to - family, friends, work, or custom groups.
2Set Your Preferences
Define what information to share with each circle - personal details for family, work info for colleagues.
3Stay Synchronized
When anyone in your network updates their info, you receive it instantly across all devices.
One profile, different audiences
Every detail you enter carries its own guest list. A circle sees a detail only when you put it there.
Your profile
The details you maintain once
| Circles that can see this detail | Family | Friends | Work |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mobile number | Visible to this circle | Visible to this circle | Not shared with this circle |
| Personal e-mail | Visible to this circle | Visible to this circle | Not shared with this circle |
| Work e-mail | Not shared with this circle | Not shared with this circle | Visible to this circle |
| Home address | Visible to this circle | Not shared with this circle | Not shared with this circle |
| Birthday | Visible to this circle | Visible to this circle | Visible to this circle |
Nothing is shared by default. A new detail starts private until you place it in a circle.
Your Data, Your Rules
Privacy is not a setting you go looking for. It is how the app is built.
- Selective sharing
- You choose which circle sees which detail, one detail at a time. There is no all-or-nothing switch.
- Instant updates
- Change a detail once and everyone entitled to see it gets the new version. No group message, no round of corrections.
- No third-party sharing
- We never share your data with anyone except your chosen contacts.
- Free to use
- Incico is free. There are no adverts and your contacts are not a product we sell.
Frequently asked questions
What is Incico?
Incico is short for Inner Circle Contacts. It is a free mobile app that keeps the contact details of the people around you up to date. You maintain your own details once, and everyone you have given access to sees the current version.
How do sharing circles work?
A circle is a group of connections, such as Family, Friends or Work, and you can create your own. For every detail in your profile you decide which circles may see it, so your family can have your home address while colleagues only see your work e-mail.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your details are visible only to the circles you place them in. We never share your data with anyone except your chosen contacts, we do not sell it, and there is no advertising in the app.
Is Incico free?
Incico is free. Core syncing and sharing are free; an optional supporter upgrade may be added later.
Which devices are supported?
Android and iOS phones and tablets. Changes you accept can also be written back to your own address book, including device contacts, Google Contacts and Microsoft Outlook.
