Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This is a draft. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will change before Incico is published.
Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Sefaja, Bongersweg 22, 8095PH ’t Loo Oldebroek, The Netherlands. They apply when you create an Incico account or use the Incico app.
If you do not agree with them, do not use Incico.
What Incico does
Incico lets you maintain your own contact details once and share them, detail by detail, with circles of people you choose. When a connection updates a detail you are entitled to see, Incico delivers the new version to you and, if you ask it to, writes it to your own address book.
Your account
You need an account to use Incico, and you are responsible for what happens under it.
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your sign-in method secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Tell us at support@incico.eu if you believe someone else is using your account.
What you may not do
Incico is a tool for keeping in touch with people who want to hear from you. The following are not allowed.
- Uploading details about someone else as if they were your own, or impersonating another person.
- Harvesting contact details from the service for marketing, resale or any bulk purpose.
- Trying to reach data you were not given access to, or interfering with the service or its security.
- Uploading unlawful content, or photos you have no right to use.
The details you share
The details in your profile remain yours. By placing a detail in a circle you give the people in that circle permission to receive and store it for as long as they remain connected to you.
Removing a detail or a connection stops further updates. It does not recall copies already delivered to a device or written into someone else’s address book.
What it costs
Incico is free. Core syncing and sharing are free and carry no advertising. An optional supporter upgrade may be added later; if it is, it will be clearly priced and entirely voluntary, and the free features will stay free.
Availability
We aim to keep Incico running, but it is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice in the app before removing something you rely on.
Incico depends on services we do not control, including the app stores and the push notification services of Apple and Google.
Third-party services
If you connect Incico to your device contacts, Google Contacts or Microsoft Outlook, that connection is governed by the terms of the provider concerned. We only read and write what you authorise.
Intellectual property
The Incico name, logo, app and website belong to Sefaja. These terms give you permission to use the app, not ownership of it.
Liability
Incico is a convenience, not a system of record. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for a message that did not reach someone because a contact detail was out of date.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, or intent and gross negligence.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents it.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
Changes to these terms
We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Incico after that means you accept the new version.
