Export or delete your account
Lost your phone, or removed the app? Sign in here with a code sent to your e-mail address to download a copy of your data or to delete your Incico account. In the app you find both under Settings → Privacy.
Export my data
A zip with everything in your account: your profiles as JSON and your contacts as vCards. We also e-mail you the link, which works for 24 hours.
Delete my account
This removes all your profiles, details, circles, connections and photos. Your card disappears for your contacts, and backups are purged within 30 days. It can’t be undone.
Address books on your phone can’t be reached from here: contacts Incico wrote into them stay there until you remove them yourself.
Your account has been deleted
Everything has been removed from Incico. A confirmation e-mail is on its way.
